SCD + Beyond
SCD + Beyond is a group dedicated to helping people find health and healing through the SCD lifestyle and beyond. We are open to questions, ideas, encouragement, and discussions. Feel free to ask questions and share ideas! Just please let us know what is SCD and what is not, so that we can all help each other heal, no matter what stage we are at in our journey! (This group is for those in sustained remission who are interested in reintroducing foods normally not allowed on strict SCD).
