Ingredients
2 ripe mashed bananas
2 eggs
2 TBSP rice flour
1 TBSP sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)

1 TBSP (15 ml) sugar
¼ tsp (1ml) Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Lightly grease a frying pan with canola oil and heat over medium heat.
- Pour a small amount of the batter into the pan and tilt the pan immediately so that the batter will spread over the entire bottom of the pan.
- Flip the pancake when it starts to bubble and fry until golden .
- Drizzle honey over pancakes or add sliced strawberries to taste
