Ingredients
1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup of oats, blended to flour
½ bell pepper, diced
¼ onion, diced
2 tbsp (30 ml) coconut aminos or tamari sauce
1 tbsp (15 ml) of water
½ tsp (2.5 ml) curry powder
1 tsp (5 ml) paprika
½ tsp (2.5 ml) cumin
1 clove of garlic

80 grams of oats, blended to flour
½ bell pepper, diced
¼ onion, diced
2 tbsp coconut aminos or tamari sauce
1 tbsp of water
½ tsp curry powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cumin

Instructions
- Mash the beans, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into patties.
- Either pan fry using water until cooked through,
- or bake in an oven at 350 ºF for 25 (180 °C) minutes or until cooked.
