Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Place potatoes in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with oil and toss to coat.
- Add salt and pepper and toss again.
- Arrange the potatoes in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove potatoes from oven and stir.
- Return pan to oven and broil for about 5 minutes, until potatoes are browned and crisp.
