Instructions

  • Pour 2 tablespoons chia seeds in one quart mason jar, or divide between two pint-sized jars.
  • Pour in 4 cups citrus juice (make sure it's 100% juice, with no extra added sugar).
  • Stir well, or shake the jars once they are closed with the lid on.
  • Chill in the fridge, letting the seeds soak for at least a few hours before you drink
