1 TBSP (15 ml) oil

½ tsp (2.5 ml) Dijon mustard
1 tsp (5 ml) sea salt

Instructions
- Boil ½ cup (90 grams) of quinoa with one cup of water until softened.
- For the dressing: mix lemon juice, oil, and mustard along with condiments.
- After cooling, place quinoa in a salad bowl and add in the remaining ingredients.
- Add dressing and decorate with sprinkled walnuts.
