Instructions
- Scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
- Using a sharp knife or Mandoline slicer, slice the potatoes as thinly as possible, maintaining a uniform thickness.
- Prepare non-stick baking sheets to fit your microwave .
- Blot any moisture using a paper towel. Place the slices of potato on the baking paper so the pieces aren’t touching. Sprinkle (or spray) the oil and salt on the potatoes.
- Place in the microwave and cook for 5-8 min. at high power until golden and crispy.
