Instructions

  • Mash banana in a medium size bowel.
  • Add eggs and oatmeal , mash together well with fork until even.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with oil.
  • Form pancakes cook until golden brown on lower surface and then flip.
  • Drizzle with honey and serve.
