Instructions
- Place the lentils in a small pot with 3/4 cup (177 ml) water. Bring to a gentle boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low and cook until the water is gone.
- Heat the oven to 392° F (200° C).
- Grind all the lentils, rice and spices in a food processor
- Create patties, and place on non stick baking sheets
- Bake for 20 min for one side and 10 min. for the other side.
