Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C)
- Wash the potatoes well.
- Cut in half lengthwise and place face down (peel up) on a sheet of baking paper in an oven pan.
- Using a knife, make 5 slits along the surface of each half potato.
- Mix the oil with the salt and paprika. Brush the potatoes generously with the mixture so that the oil seeps into the incisions.
- Bake until golden brown and soft (approximately 20 min)
