½ cup water

2 TBSP oil

1/8 tsp salt

3 bananas

Instructions

  • Beat all the ingredients together, except for the rice flour, until the batter is smooth.
  • Add the flour and mix well.
  • Leave the batter to set for about 15 minutes.
  • Lightly grease a frying pan with canola oil and heat over medium heat.
  • Pour a small amount of the batter into the pan and tilt the pan immediately so that the batter will spread over the entire bottom of the pan.
  • Flip the crêpe when it starts to bubble and fry until golden .
  • Drizzle honey over crêpes or fill crêpes with fruit such as sliced bananas or strawberries to taste.
