Instructions
- Beat all the ingredients together, except for the rice flour, until the batter is smooth.
- Add the flour and mix well.
- Leave the batter to set for about 15 minutes.
- Lightly grease a frying pan with canola oil and heat over medium heat.
- Pour a small amount of the batter into the pan and tilt the pan immediately so that the batter will spread over the entire bottom of the pan.
- Flip the crêpe when it starts to bubble and fry until golden .
- Drizzle honey over crêpes or fill crêpes with fruit such as sliced bananas or strawberries to taste.
