½ cup dry white rice
1½ cups water
2 tsp sugar
½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions
- Option 1:
- Prepare the boiled rice as specified without salt.
- Place the rice in a small pot.
- Add the water, banana and cinnamon.
- Bring the mixture to a boil stirring constantly.
- Reduce the heat and continue stirring over low heat for 2-5 minutes until pudding thickens.
- Remove the pot from heat and transfer the mixture to a blender or grinder.
- Grind until an even texture is obtained by adding water as needed to reach pudding consistency.
- Option 2:
- Stir together the rice, water, sugar, and cinnamon in a small pot.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and cook for 13 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in banana.
- Add water as needed to prevent thickening. Serve warm.
