1 TBSP barley Powder

1 TBSP sunflower seeds
1 TBSP raisins

1 TBSP (15 ml) barley powder
59 ml oat milk
1 TBSP (15 ml) sunflower seeds
1 TBSP (15 ml) raisins
6 pcs almonds
1 TBSP (15 ml) ground cinnamon
1 tsp (5 ml) honey

Instructions
- Simmer organic oats and barley powder in a saucepan with 1 cup (236 ml) of water on medium-low heat. Swirl occasionally until the oats soften (add more water if needed.)
- Once the oats reach the desired consistency, remove them from the heat and place them with the remaining ingredients in a cereal bowl.
- Optional: Top with your favorite fruits (berries, bananas.. etc.)
