Ingredients
6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate (no sugar added)
½ very ripe tasty cantaloupe, cut into bite sizes
1 cup homemade yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen berries, no sugar (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
- Line up approximately 15 or so 3-oz (89 ml) paper cups on tray for placing in freezer.
- Pour mix into cups until ¾ full.
- Cover each cup with foil and make a small slit in center of foil with knife.
- Position popsicle stick upright in slit.
- Freeze and enjoy a guiltless, refreshing treat with your kids this summer.
