3 TBSP walnut or canola oil
⅓ cup raw honey – local is best (can try with less)
¾ cup walnuts, chopped
2 organic eggs
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup oats or chia seeds*
⅔ cup flaxseed, ground

237 ml oats (80 grams rolled or 160 grams steel-cut) or chia seeds (161 grams)*

Instructions
- Preheat oven 350°F (180°C)
- Beat together first 7 ingredients (oil to wheat germ)
- Mix together oats or chia seeds & baking powder, fold into beaten mixture
- Pour mixture into 8-inch (20.3-cm) greased shallow square pan
- Bake for 25 minutes or until firm to the touch
- Cut into squares & serve.
