Ingredients
1 cup melted Cacao Butter
¼ cup cashew butter (I made this fresh in less than 3 minutes with my Breville food processor)
1 ½ tsp peppermint extract
3 TBSP honey
⅛ tsp salt (if cashew butter is unsalted)
optional melted dark chocolate chips for drizzling

1½ tsp (7 ml) peppermint extract
3 TBSP (45 ml) honey
⅛ tsp (0.125 ml) salt (if cashew butter is unsalted)
optional melted dark chocolate chips for drizzling

Instructions
- Melt cacao butter over a double boiler or simply melt in the microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring between each one.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until incorporated and smooth (20-30 seconds).
- Pour mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking tray.
- Refrigerate until hardened. (If not following SCD, drizzle with melted chocolate.)
