1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup unsweetened plain low-fat Greek yogurt
2 TBSP honey – local is best
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
dash of Kosher salt
4 TBSP chia seeds

237 ml unsweetened plain low-fat Greek yogurt
2 TBSP (30 ml) honey – local is best
1 tsp (5 ml) pure vanilla extract
dash of Kosher salt
4 TBSP (60 ml) chia seeds

Instructions
- Stir all ingredients well and cover in an air tight container. Make sure chia seeds are evenly distributed.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- May need to purée whole mixture or add extra almond milk.
