Ingredients
2 Red apples, unpeeled, quartered, and cored
2 Green apples, peeled, quartered, and cored
2 Bags cranberries, fresh
2 Oranges, peeled
½ Cup honey
1 Pint strawberries, fresh or frozen, halved, cooked, and pureed
2 packets (2 TBSP) of unflavored gelatin
1 Cup boiling water, filtered

150 gram (120 ml) honey
300 gram strawberries, fresh or frozen, halved,
2 packets of unflavored gelatin (2 TBSP of powdered gelatine or 8 sheets)
240 ml boiling water, filtered
240 ml cold water, filtered

Instructions
- Gather and prep ingredients.
- Set up your food processor with the standard blade attachment.
- Add red and green apples, cranberries, and oranges. You may need to blend in two batches.
- Pulse until it is all broken down to small seed size pieces, as it is a relish. Place in a large bowl.
- Next, add halved strawberries and honey to a small pot on medium heat.
- Cook until honey is dissolved and strawberries are broken down. It should be about 10-15 minutes.
- Puree in a high-speed blender or with an immersion blender.
- Strain through cheesecloth to catch the seeds. Set aside.
- Now, make your two packets of gelatin. Put cold water in a medium bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over it, stir until dissolved, about a minute.
- Pour your boiling water into gelatin water mix. Stir to dissolve completely, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add strawberry puree. Add strawberry gelatin mix in fruit relish and stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours, or until set completely.
