Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Coat 8x8-inch (20.3x20.3-cm) glass dish with olive oil spray.
- Make crust by mixing flour, honey, and butter in medium bowl.
- Rub between fingertips until a sticky dough forms.
- Place dough in prepared pan.
- Spray dough with olive oil and cover with plastic wrap.
- Using fingers, press dough onto bottom and 1-inch (2.5-cm) up sides of baking dish.
- Remove plastic.
- Bake 12-14 minutes in preheated oven.
