Ingredients

1 cucumber

1.5 cups grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes

1 red onion

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese or hard goat cheese

1/4 cup black olives

70 grams feta cheese or hard goat cheese

50 grams black olives

Instructions

  • Peel the cucumber with a vegetable peeler. Cut it in half and remove the soft core. Then cut the hollowed-out cucumber into small cubes.
  • Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  • Peel the red onion, cut it in half, and then slice it into very thin half-rings.
  • Place everything in a bowl.
  • Crumble the feta (or goat cheese) on top.
  • Pit the olives and cut them into small pieces or rings. Sprinkle over the salad.
