Ingredients
¾ cup SCD yogurt
½ english cucumber, grated and squeezed dry (about 1 cup grated)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 TBSP fresh dill, chopped
1 TBSP fresh mint, chopped
1 TBSP lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. If making the meatballs, while they are cooking, prepare the tzatziki.
2. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out as much liquid as possible using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth.
3. Combine the SCD yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, mint, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
4. Serve over meatballs.
