1 cup of orange juice for yellow gummy bears
1 cup of mix of apple and pomegranate juice for red gummy bears
4 TBSP gelatin
2 TBSP honey

2 TBSP (30 ml) honey
2 TBSP (30 ml) lemon juice

Instructions
- Place each juice in a separate saucepan and heat on low / medium until slightly bubbling.
- Slowly whisk in 2 TBSP of gelatin to each until it is fully incorporated. You must go slow to prevent clumping.
- Remove from heat and add in 1 TBSP lemon juice and honey to each and stir.
- Use a fine mesh sieve and strain the liquid into a glass container.
- Place silicone gummy bear molds on a baking tray for easy transfer.
- Use a small syringe or suction bulb to suck up the liquid and place in silicone gummy bear molds.
- Place in fridge for 45-60 minutes until set, then enjoy!
