Instructions
- Add water to Instant Pot
- Season chicken breast with salt (and other seasonings if desired)
- Place chicken breast in the pot in the water (no rack required)
- Place the lead on the Instant Pot and seal shut.
- Close the Instant Pot valve.
- Cook on manual high pressure for 6 minutes.
- When the Instant Pot beeps, allow it to natural release for 6 minutes.
- Open the valve to release the steam.
- Remove the chicken breast from the pot and allow to cool.
- Cut the breast into cubes or shred.
