Ingredients

1 cup Organic 1% Fat Kefir

1/2 Medium Sized Mango

1 1/2 TBSP Chia Seeds

1 tsp Honey

1/4 tsp Turmeric

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

1/4 tsp Cardamom

2-3 pcs Ice

Optional: mango slices

1/4 tsp (1.25 ml) Turmeric

Instructions

  1. To a blender, add kefir, chia seeds, mango, honey, turmeric, black pepper and cardamon, along with 2-3 cubes of ice.
  2. Blend thoroughly and serve.
  3. Optional: Top with mango slices.
