1 cup walnuts

1 cup pitted Medjool dates

¼ –½ cup shredded coconut

½ tsp vanilla

¼ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp salt

20-40 grams shredded coconut

½ tsp (2.5 ml) vanilla

¼ tsp (1.25 ml)cinnamon

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until you reach your desired consistency.

2. Roll into 1 inch (2.54 cm) balls.

3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.  These can be frozen too!
