Ingredients

1 TBSP almond milk

A few strands of saffron

¼ cup farmers' cheese (for SCD use drained SCD- yogurt). 

1-2 TBSP almond flour

1 pinch of salt

Sweetener of choice taste (for SCD use Honey, otherwise choose between honey, maple syrup, or date sugar).

Instructions

  1. Warm  the almond milk
  2. Add few strands of saffron in warm milk and let it soak till milk is yellow
  3. AddFarmers' cheese , almond flour and salt
  4. Mix it up and add sweetener of choice till it's sweet for your taste
  5. Roll into rough discs and serve.
  6. Melts in your mouth!
