Ingredients
1 TBSP almond milk
A few strands of saffron
¼ cup farmers' cheese (for SCD use drained SCD- yogurt).
1-2 TBSP almond flour
1 pinch of salt
Sweetener of choice taste (for SCD use Honey, otherwise choose between honey, maple syrup, or date sugar).

Instructions
- Warm the almond milk
- Add few strands of saffron in warm milk and let it soak till milk is yellow
- AddFarmers' cheese , almond flour and salt
- Mix it up and add sweetener of choice till it's sweet for your taste
- Roll into rough discs and serve.
- Melts in your mouth!
