13 grams chopped red onion
118 ml compliant mayonnaise

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the directions.
- While the pasta is cooking, thaw the peas in a microwave or on the stove, then cool the peas in cold water.
- Drain the cook water from the pasta and cool the pasta in cold water. Drain again.
- Combine the pasta, peas, chicken, red onion, and mayonnaise and stir.
- Serve cold and store leftovers in the refrigerator.

Notes
Store-bought lentil pasta is not allowed on strict SCD but Wellbee's sells some varieties that are presoaked and marketed as SCD compliant. Red lentil pasta should be considered advanced on SCD.
