Ingredients
4 oz smoked salmon, free from sugar and nitrates, diced
¼ English cucumber, thinly sliced
2 scallions, sliced
¼ avocado, sliced
1 TBSP olive oil
2 TBSP lemon juice
2 tsp fresh dill, chopped finely

¼ continental cucumber, sliced finely
2 spring onions, green part only, sliced
¼ avocado, sliced
1 TBSP (15 ml) olive oil
2 TBSP (30 ml) lemon juice
2 tsp (10 ml) dill, chopped finely
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, except the avocado.
- Place the sliced avocado on a plate.
- Place the tartare ingredients on top and serve immediately.
