Ingredients
1-2 pounds steak, cut into small bites
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
24 oz frozen cauliflower rice
2 tsp steak seasoning (see related recipes or use your favorite)
2 TBSP olive oil

3 TBSP red wine vinegar
Juice of one lime
¼ cup honey
3 TBSP olive oil
2 TBSP fresh chopped cilantro
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp red pepper flakes
450-900 grams steak, cut into small bites

680 grams frozen cauliflower rice
2 tsp (10 ml) steak seasoning (see related recipes or use your favorite)
2 TBSP (30 ml) olive oil

ingredients
1 TBSP (15 ml) fish sauce
3 TBSP (45 ml) red wine vinegar
Juice of one lime
60 ml honey
3 TBSP (45 ml) olive oil
2 TBSP (30 ml) fresh chopped cilantro
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp (5 ml) red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Marinate the steak for 2-4 hours in the fridge.
- Remove the steak from the fridge while you prepare the other ingredients.
- Slice peppers and onions into strips.
- Heat cauliflower rice in microwave for half the time on the package - until thawed, but not cooked. Cut open package and squeeze out extra water.
- Preheat a large skillet on medium heat.
- Preheat a cast iron griddle or pan on medium.
- Add 1 TBSP olive oil to the skillet.
- Add cauliflower rice to the skillet and sprinkle with salt to taste.
- Turn heat up to medium high and cook cauliflower rice until it just starts to brown, stirring occasionally.
- When slightly browned, remove the cauliflower rice from the pan and add 1 TBSP oil to the empty pan, turning the heat back down to medium.
- Add the vegetables, 1 tsp of steak seasonings, and salt to taste to the skillet. Stir occasionally.
- Cook the vegetables until tender, then remove from heat.
- Add the steak to the cast iron griddle or skillet and sprinkle with 1 tsp of steak seasoning.
- Turn the steak when the bottom side is nicely browned (a few minutes). Remove the steak when both sides are nicely browned.
- Combine the steak and veggies.
- Serve on top of a bed of the cauliflower rice.

- Combine all ingredients until evenly mixed.
- Pour marinade over steak and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
