Ingredients
4 packets compliant unflavored gelatin (about 10 tsp)
4 cups (960 ml) compliant unsweetened apple juice
1 ripe banana, peeled, seeded, and chopped fine
1 gala apple, peeled and chopped fine
2 clementines, peeled and chopped fine

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, sprinkle the gelatin from packets over 1 cup of cold apple juice.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat up the other 3 cups of apple juice until it boils.
- Remove it from the stovetop and mix it into the cold juice and gelatin mixture.
- Add in the chopped fruit, and pour the loose mixture into a 9x13-inch (23x33-cm) glass baking dish.
- Cover (with plastic wrap) and refrigerate until firm (approximately 3 hours).
- Serve chilled and store remaining jello in fridge.

Jello can be made with different fruit bases, and filled with a variety of options. Ours is a simple and fast recipe, one that can make those play dates a happy time for all. Alternately, set these in smaller cups for individual servings.
