1 cup strawberries, leaves and stems removed

1 cup spinach

10 baby carrots

1 orange, peeled and de-seeded

GROUP E:*

2 cups tomatoes, chopped

1 lemon, juiced

1 tsp honey

1-2 fresh basil leaves

GROUP F:*

4 strawberries, leaves and stems removed

1 ripe banana

1 celery stalk

1 tsp honey

½ cup water

1 celery rib, ends trimmed
