Ingredients
1 tsp honey
1 TBSP olive oil
4-6 cloves fresh garlic, peeled and minced fine
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp mustard powder
salt and black pepper to taste
1 pound lamb chops
¾-1 cup almond flour for coating
1 tsp (5 ml; 7 grams) honey
1 TBSP (15 ml) olive oil

1 tsp (5 ml) mustard powder
salt and black pepper to taste
440 grams lamb chops
85-110 grams almond flour for coating
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C or gas mark 4).
- Whisk together the honey and olive oil in a small bowl.
- Add in the garlic, rosemary, mustard powder, salt and pepper.
- Rub this mixture onto the lamb chops.
- Next, dredge each lambchop in the almond flour, and place on a greased baking tray in the warmed oven for 30-40 minutes, or until chops are cooked through.
