½ green pepper, seeded and chopped fine
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp oregano

2 tsp (10 ml) oregano
2 TBSP (30 ml) olive oil, divided

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl, along with 1 TBSP of the olive oil.
- Roll into 1-inch balls with wet hands (so they do not stick), and set onto a greased (with remaining olive oil) baking tray.
- Bake them at 350°F (180°C or gas mark 4) for 20-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
