Instructions
- Blend the egg, mustard powder, sea salt, and honey together in a food processor.
- Next, add sunflower oil very slowly (in a thin stream) while the food processor is spinning (it takes about 3-5 minutes).
- Pour into storage container.

Notes
This mayo recipe might have a different texture from a store-bought version, but it is nonetheless creamy and delicious. It is so easy to spread onto a slice of SCD Basic Bread (see Related Recipes) for a sandwich. -Pam
