75 grams apple, peeled, cored, and chopped fine
2 tsp (10 ml; 14 g) honey
1 tsp (5 ml) chives, chopped fine
½ tsp (2.5 ml) salt
½ tsp (2.5 ml) black pepper
oil or ghee for greasing tray

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C or gas mark 4).
- Mix all the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl.
- Roll into small rounds and place at intervals on a greased baking tray.
- Bake in a 350°F (180°C or gas mark 4) oven for 30-45 minutes, or until done.
- You may flip them over during baking to ensure even cooking on both sides.
