Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C or gas mark 4).
- Rub the pork chops with a mixture made out of the garlic, salt, and rosemary leaves (removed from stem), and oil.
- Place pork chops in an ovenproof pan and bake at 350°F (180°C or gas mark 4) until done, about 30-40 minutes. You may cover the pan with foil while cooking, to prevent chops from drying out.
