Instructions

  • Heat water in a non-stick pan, and throw in the florets.
  • Keep covered and cook on medium temperature, adding more water if needed, until desired consistency is reached.
  • If you like it crispier, remove lid earlier and let remaining water start evaporating; otherwise, let it cook for about 5-10 minutes, tossing occasionally.
  • Drain any excess water.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add a tiny dollop of ghee to broccoli and serve!
