Instructions
- Heat water in a non-stick pan, and throw in the florets.
- Keep covered and cook on medium temperature, adding more water if needed, until desired consistency is reached.
- If you like it crispier, remove lid earlier and let remaining water start evaporating; otherwise, let it cook for about 5-10 minutes, tossing occasionally.
- Drain any excess water.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add a tiny dollop of ghee to broccoli and serve!

This very quick recipe for steamed broccoli can be used for other vegetables, including cauliflower, peas, and carrots. You might need to vary the steaming time, as different vegetables will take different times to cook.
