Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C or gas mark 5).
- Set the asparagus on a flat oven-proof baking pan.
- Drizzle with the olive oil, sesame seeds, and salt.
- Cook in a preheated 375°F (190°C or gas mark 5) oven for about 20-30 minutes, turning them to ensure they are cooked on all sides.

*For SCD: Wait for at least 3 months after symptoms have cleared to try any kind of seeds. This simple grilled preparation can be used for Brussels sprouts, Cubanelle peppers, portabella mushrooms, and fennel as well. You can add/subtract seasonings and proportions of oil as required.
