Ingredients
1 TBSP toasted sesame oil
1-2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced fine
12 shrimp, skin removed and deveined, rinsed
1-2 tsp sesame seeds*
salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a stovetop pan, heat the sesame oil and fry the garlic till golden.
- Add in the shrimp and cook on high heat for 3-5 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink.
- Quickly add in the sesame seeds and toss with shrimp, stirring frequently so the seeds do not burn.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
