Instructions

  • In a stovetop pan, heat the sesame oil and fry the garlic till golden.
  • Add in the shrimp and cook on high heat for 3-5 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink.
  • Quickly add in the sesame seeds and toss with shrimp, stirring frequently so the seeds do not burn.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.
