Instructions
- Open the can and drain any excess moisture from the tuna.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, including salt and pepper, and stir so that chives, mayonnaise, and oil are well-blended.
- If you wanted to add salt and pepper, do that before you mix everything together.
- Do not use a blender as the tuna will turn into a thick paste -- please mix by hand in a bowl.
