Instructions
- In large skillet, sauté fish in ¼ cup to ½ cup of butter. (If fillets are frozen, in skillet, thaw over low heat and pour off water, then add butter.) Fish will break up into pieces.
- When butter is melted, add almond flour and lemon juice.
- Add hot sauce in desired amount.
- Once all ingredients are combined, continue to sauté for about 5 more minutes.
