Instructions

  • Mix honey into the yogurt until it is the desired sweetness (I like mine kind of tart still).
  • Put in freezer a couple of hours before you plan to serve.
  • Core and slice apples.
  • Melt butter in skillet on med-low heat.
  • Add apples, cinnamon, and honey, if desired.
  • Sauté until apples are cooked through, but not falling apart.
  • Spoon yogurt ice cream over individual servings of the warm apples.
