Instructions
- Mix honey into the yogurt until it is the desired sweetness (I like mine kind of tart still).
- Put in freezer a couple of hours before you plan to serve.
- Core and slice apples.
- Melt butter in skillet on med-low heat.
- Add apples, cinnamon, and honey, if desired.
- Sauté until apples are cooked through, but not falling apart.
- Spoon yogurt ice cream over individual servings of the warm apples.
