Instructions
- Pit the avocados and remove the fruit.
- Add the avocados, lemon juice, yogurt, honey, and vanilla to a blender and mix well.
- Place the mixture into the refrigerator and chill.
- Process the mixture in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. This mixture sets up very fast so it may take less time to process.
- For soft ice cream, serve immediately. Place in freezer for 3 to 4 hours for firmer texture.
