1 cup toasted slivered almonds

1 cup yogurt

2 cup nut flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Prepare muffin pans.
  3. Cream butter and honey.
  4. Beat in the egg.
  5. Blend in the avocado, yogurt, and nuts.
  6. Add the flour and baking soda and mix gently but thoroughly until the ingredients are moistened and combined.
  7. Pour into muffin pans.
  8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
