113 grams grated cheddar cheese
237 ml SCD cream cheese (dripped SCD yogurt)
25 grams sliced green onions
2 tsp (10 ml) salt
½ tsp (2.5 ml) pepper

Instructions
- In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
- Remove onto paper towel to drain.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs.
- Add yogurt, cheese, cream cheese, onions, salt, and pepper and combine.
- Pour into a greased 13x9x2-inch (33x22.8x5-cm) baking dish.
- Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top.
- Bake uncovered at 325°F (163°C) for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
