Instructions
- In a heavy saucepan, combine vinegar and wine.
- Bring to a boil over high heat
- Reduce heat and cook until reduced to about ½ cup, approximately 30 minutes.
- Transfer to jar.
- Cool and store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
