2 tsp (10 ml) vanilla extract
½ mashed ripe banana
Instructions
- Heat all filling ingredients together over a double boiler until thick, creamy, and well-cooked.
- Pour over cooled crust.
- Put in fridge and let cool for at least 1 hour

- Mix crust ingredients together and spread into pie pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°F (177°C) or until golden brown.
- Let cool.
