Instructions
- Put egg, honey, and walnuts in processor and blend 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients except salt and process until smooth.
- Add salt and process a few seconds.
- Scoop batter into paper-lined muffin tins.
- Bake 350°F (180°C) for 30-35 minutes.
