Instructions
- Mash bananas thoroughly in food processor.
- Add eggs and process until smooth and creamy.
- Add melted butter, honey, salt, and baking soda and process until thick and buttery looking.
- Mix in almond flour and vinegar.
- Add raisins and process just long enough to mix well.
- Line bottom of loaf pan with baking paper and pour in mixture.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 50-55 minutes until a knife blade comes out clean when tested.
- Leave in tin for 10 minutes before turning out onto wire rack to cool.
