Instructions

  • Cook whole chicken, 10 carrots, 3 celery stalks plus salt covered with water in a stock pot for four hours.
  • Remove chicken.
  • Puree veggies in the liquid.
  • Fill pot with whole cauliflower, broken apart.
  • Add enough broth to mostly cover cauliflower.
  • Simmer 30-40 mins until cauliflower is very tender.
  • With any utensil, break cauliflower apart further.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
