Instructions
- Cook whole chicken, 10 carrots, 3 celery stalks plus salt covered with water in a stock pot for four hours.
- Remove chicken.
- Puree veggies in the liquid.
- Fill pot with whole cauliflower, broken apart.
- Add enough broth to mostly cover cauliflower.
- Simmer 30-40 mins until cauliflower is very tender.
- With any utensil, break cauliflower apart further.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
